Monthly fee for individual coaching - $350 with a suggested 90-day commitment. For the monthly individual coaching program, we commit to regular in person or phone sessions, plus email contact as needed.

Instant Clarity Coaching - $125/hour (do not need to be an existing client) Sometimes we find ourselves spinning out of control and needing some immediate clarity to make an important decision or get through the moment.  While I will not tell you what to do, through Coaching we will find a place of calmness together that allows for your inner wisdom and values to be brought to the surface.  This "on the spot" Coaching does not replace the benefits of regular monthly sessions, but can be a life-saver when you really need a trusted partner!

E-Coaching (Cyber-coaching) - $200/month In addition to emails, the fee includes a 30 minute call phone session during the month.
