From the time I was young, I was drawn out into the world, sensing that there was much more to life than what I could see. My father instilled in me a sense of adventure and my love of travel has grown steadily over the years. I am most happy when I am exploring new sights, taking in the diversity of our world, and connecting with people at a heart level, whether that comes from a street cafe in my home city of Portland, Oregon, or whether I am discovering a quaint alley way in Portugal.

I Coach for the same reasons......nothing could be more powerful than exploring the hidden landscape of who we are, what we believe and pushing forth bravely into un-chartered territory. I know what it's like to have to dig deep for the courage to change everything in your life so that you can finally live it on your terms. It is an honor and a privilege to be able to support people in this kind of work and I know without a doubt that this is my calling. I am passionate about embracing change. I am deeply intuitive. I believe in living authentically and creating a life that is truly worth living!

Being of service, not only in my community, but in the world has always been important to me. Whether volunteering at a women's shelter or speaking to the Leadership group in my town about integrity, giving back has always been a priority in my life. It is when we can get out of ourselves, reaching out to others, that we truly see the oneness of us all. At this time in our world, nothing could be more important.

The greatest gift in my life has been my son, Seth, an amazing 15 year-old who reminds me daily of what true character and authenticity looks like and who is a living example of a person committed to honoring others and all paths.
